men aged between 18 to 30 years old
Downhill running
60 minutes downhill running in 10% grade, in an effort of 65% of VO2max.
Middle-aged
men aged between 35 to 50 years old
Downhill running
60 minutes downhill running in 10% grade, in an effort of 65% of VO2max.
