Eligibility Criteria

* waist circumference more than 80 cm
* medical history of polycystic ovarian syndrome
* Age from 13 to 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
* Rheumatoid arthritis
* Any respiratory diseases like Asthma and respiratory infections
* Osteoprosis
