* Hospitalization in Neurocenter, Neurointensive Care Unit
* Age\>18 years
* Unconsciousness
* Artificial pulmonary ventilation
Exclusion Criteria
* History of primary lung disease
* The terminal stage of the disease
* Refractory hemodynamic instability
