Eligibility Criteria

* Aged 18-35 years
* Active players training for at least from 6 weeks
* Normal BMI (18.5-24.9 kg/m2)
Exclusion Criteria
* Spinal instability or any musculoskeletal, cardiac issue
* Presence of neurological deficits: history of seizure, headache, spinal cord injury
