Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Bariatric surgery with laparoscopic gastric by-pass


* BMI under 30

Exclusion Criteria

* diabetes mellitus typ 2 with insulin treatment and/or glitazones
* oral or parenteral steroid treatment
* complicated psychiatric disease
* Warfarin use
