Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Smartphone overdependent scale score of 24 ≥
* No regular exercise in the past 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

* Unable to perform exercise
* Patients with musculoskeletal disorders
* Patients with cardiovascular diseases.
