This study aimed to examine the influence of polarity management training program on first-line nurse managers' creative behavior and motivation.

* willing to participate in the study
* work in all inpatient care units of Alexandria University hospitals
* Sign a consent

Exclusion Criteria

First-line nurse managers

* work in outpatient units
* Did not sign a consent
* Absent from training
