Group Type ACTIVE_COMPARATOR

Asyncronized Exercise

Intervention Type BEHAVIORAL

This group will be informed about ergonomics and protective exercises for the musculoskeletal system with an online seminar.

Syncronized Exercise Group

\- Ergonomics awareness education and than 6 weeks online supervised exercise training

Group Type EXPERIMENTAL
