* surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
* under 18 years of age and over 65
* patients with generalised, nontreated disease
* patients receiving beta blockers or calcium channel blocker
* diabetic patients
* patients operated under peri or retrobulbar anaesthesia
