Eligibility Criteria

* Acute or chronic disease requiring secretion mobilization as per hospital protocol

Exclusion Criteria

* Absolute contraindications for positional changes
* Absolute contraindications for chest percussion
* Women visibly pregnant
* Previous enrollment in study
* Previous CPT or Vest treatment
