Eligibility Criteria

* No disabilities
* Able to read, write and communicate Thai langue
* Live in Bangkok
* Moderate post-covid-19 state defined by Thai version of the COVID-19 Yorkshire Rehabilitation Scale
* No soy protein allergy
* Sign inform consent
