* PATIENTS WHO DO NOT WANT TO BE INCLUDED IN THE STUDY
* PATIENTS WITH CONTRAINDICATION TO INFRACLAVICULAR BLOCK
* PATIENTS WITHOUT COOPERATION
* PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS
* THOSE WHO HAVE PERIPHERAL ARTERY DISEASE
