* Hospitalized in the neurosurgical resuscitation or intensive care unit
* Brain - damaged patients
Exclusion Criteria
* Patient with meningo-encephalitis
* Patient with cerebral vasculitis
* Patient without health insurance coverage
* Patient subject to a legal protection measure
* Pregnant woman , parturient or nursing
