Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* all acute admitted patients in ICU

Exclusion Criteria

* age \< 18
* stay on ICU \< 48 hours
* use of corticosteroids
* neurological diseases
* acute kidney injure / nead of CVVH
