Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Scheduled for unilateral TKA at University of Colorado Hospital
* Diagnosed with osteoarthritis
* Cognitive status that allows patients to consistently comprehend and repeat back directions regarding the details of the study
Exclusion Criteria
* BMI \> 35
* Testosterone supplementation
* Pregnancy
* Anticoagulant therapy
