Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Patients undergoing thoracic surgery that require the placement of left-sided double-lumen tubes

Exclusion Criteria

* Abnoraml anatomy of tracheobronchail tree
* Intraluminal lesion in the left mainstem bronchus
* Anticipated difficult intubation
