dorsal fascial flap
combined with standard modified Kessler technique and vascularized finger dorsal fascial flap pedicled with dorsal cutaneous branch of proper digital artery ,which is transported to finger palmar for placement of a mechanical barrier between flexor digitorum superficialis /profundus tendons.
