* Type 1 diabetes
* Pregnancy
* Renal failure (creatinin \>1.4 for male and 1.3 for female
* Uncontrolled hypertension (\>160/100)
* Abnormal thyroid function test
* Patient treated with steroids or psychiatric medications.
