* aged fifty or above
* ambulatory with/ without walking aid
* had ability to provide informed consent and understand the evaluation procedures
Exclusion Criteria
* unconscious or drowsy
* musculoskeletal, respiratory or other disease that may limit activity of daily livings
* serious cardiovascular disease
