Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Sedentary (\<150 min/week moderate activity).
* Chronic LBP (≥3 months, VAS ≥4).
Exclusion Criteria
* Spinal surgery history or inflammatory conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis).
