Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Diagnosed exclusively with primary, non-recurrent splenic hydatid cysts.
Exclusion Criteria
* Patients in late pregnancy.
* Individuals with recurrent cysts.
* Cases with extra-splenic involvement.
* Patients with less than two years of postoperative follow-up.
