Through interview, taking the elderly community in Beijing as an example, this study will try to further understand the current physical exercise situation of the elderly in the community, and analyze the factors influencing their participation degree. 1. Regardless of gender, age ≥ 65 years old
2. Lived in Beijing for a long time
3. Normal listening, speaking, and comprehension skills

Exclusion Criteria

1. Accompanied by significant cognitive dysfunction
2. Diseases that seriously affect their participation in sports, such as fractures, tumors, neurological diseases, etc.
