Inclusion Criteria
* FIT-based screening program
* voluntary screening
* post-polipectomy surveillance
* gastrointestinal symptoms
* family history of colorectal cancer.
Exclusion Criteria
* patients in which polyps could not be resected (e.g ongoing anticoagulation therapy)
* patients with past colorectal cancer or polyposis syndrome
