* Agreed to accept peripheral artery ultrasound examination
Exclusion Criteria
* left main artery disease
* Age\>85 years old
* Cardiogenic shock or stroke admission
* Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction
* Poor quality of OCT image or massive thrombus
