Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* A score of 16 or above on the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS)
Exclusion Criteria
* Psychiatric diagnosis (depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, PTSD, personality disorder, psychosis).
* Untreated ADHD, autism, abuse and risk of suicide
