Eligibility Criteria

* Healthy subjects from the General Ophthalmology Outpatient Clinic
Exclusion Criteria
* primary closed angle glaucoma
* secondary open angle glaucoma
* previous intra-ocular surgery
* known or suspected corneal disease
* previous intra-ocular inflammation
* previous ocular trauma
