Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Diagnosed with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG)
* Subject on one topical hypotensive medication

Exclusion Criteria

* Traumatic, uveitic, neovascular, or angle closure glaucoma
* Fellow eye already enrolled
