Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Healthy Thai women aged 20 to 40 years
* Have been massaged by Thai Traditional massage style

Exclusion Criteria

* Hyperparathyroidism, Thyrotoxicosis, Diabetes Mellitus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Cancer
* Antiresorptive agent, Teriparatide and Glucocorticoid
* Swelling Joints
