Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Sars-CoV-2 pneumonia
* ICU stay
* Severe hypoxemia but non intubated

Exclusion Criteria

* Intubated before admission
* Denied consent for data analysis
* Do not intubate order at ICU admission
