Group B The group B consists of 12 elderly participants who received intervention protocol of Conventional balance training exercises in which total 12-sessions were given for thrice a week for four weeks for 50-minutes.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Elderly population who scores 45 on Berg Balance Scale.
Exclusion Criteria
* Those elderly individuals who are suffering from any kind of visual, auditory and neural or vestibular system disorders.
* Those elderly individuals who are unable to understand the treatment protocol.
