* Age ranged from 18 to 40 years.
* Body mass index ranged from 25 to 30 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
* History of lower limb injuries in the last six months before the study.
* Inability to correctly produce maximal Gluteus Maximus contraction in a pain-free ROM.
