* treated with ICIs (nivolumab, pembrolizumab, ipilimumab, cemiplimab) for melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma or Merkel cell carcinoma
* not having formulated any opposition
Exclusion Criteria
* adults not legally competent,
* presence of pruritus at the inclusion,
* participation refusal
