* Treatment naive histologically or cytologically proven pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) or highly suspicious diagnosis (only pre-curative-intended resection)
* Age =\>18 years
* written informed consent

* papillary cancer
* neuroendocrine pancreatic tumors
