Inclusion Criteria

* Patients with acral vitiligo.
* Patients more than 12 years old.

Exclusion Criteria

* Patients less than 12 years old.
* Patients with any other skin diseases or autoimmune diseases.
* Patients taking medical treatment or phototherapy for vitiligo.
