* hemorrhoid prolapse grade 2 and 3
* accepting participation
Exclusion Criteria
* other proctological pathology
* previous surgery of prolapsus
* with anti coagulant treatment
* Intestinal chronic inflammatory disease
* age \< 18
* pregnancy
