* Adult patients with chronic sinusitis and/or nasal polyps.

Exclusion Criteria

* Patients with previous nasal or sinus surgery.
* Patients with sinonasal Malignancy.
* Immunocompromised patients.
* Patients with ciliary motility disorders.
* Pregnant women
