Bilateral ultrasound guided thoracolumbar interfascial plane block with 20 ml %0,25 bupivacaine
Bupivacaine
20 ml %0,25 bupivacaine bilaterally

Bilateral ultrasound guided sham block with 2 ml saline subcutaneously
