Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Clinical suspicion of obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome (based on clinical symptoms such as increased daytime sleepiness; Epworth Sleepiness Score (ESS) \> 10).
* Age between 18 and 85 years at study entry.
