Eligibility Criteria

* preoperative anxiety at least 4/10 points on a numeric rating scale
* physical and mental capability to participant
* written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
* known malignoma
* severe comorbidity
* severe psychological disorders
* immunosuppression
* coagulation disorders
