Age 18\~80 Incident head and neck cancer patients

* Oral, oropharynx and hypopharynx (C00-C14)
* Laryngreal cancer (C32)
* \*Esophageal cancer if possible (C15)

* Nasopharynx (C11)
* Thyroid (C79.3)
