* Ascending aorta or aortic root of greater than 4.5 cm (\> 4.0 cm in Marfan syndrome)
* Good conditions of aortic cusps
Exclusion Criteria
* Aortic cusps destruction
* Critical aortic cusps elongation
* Aortic root dissection
