Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* spontaneous bleeding or impeding surgery (major vascular surgery, intraperitoneal or intrathoracic surgery, ENT-surgery, orthopedic or trauma surgery, prostatic surgery)
Exclusion Criteria
* renal insufficiency needing dialysis
* concomitant therapy with GPIIB/IIIA Antagonists
* expected duration of operation \>30min
