Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Completion of postsurgical chemotherapy (Dukes stage C patients).
* Informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
* A poor health status or operative complications making it natural to perform follow up by specialists.
* Additional cancer diagnoses.
* Disseminated cancer.
* Poor mental status.
