* Age between 18-70
* Gastroesophageal reflux disease
* Psychiatric illness
* Cerebrovascular accident
* Active peptic ulceration
* Heart failure or cardiac bradyarrhythmia
* Epilepsy
* Pregnancy or lactating female
* Previous hypersensitivity to muscle relaxant
