Study Groups
Review each arm or cohort in the study, along with the interventions and objectives associated with them.
Foam roller group
The foam roller group is the group where the person uses his/her own weight to swing the hamstring muscle with a foam roller.
Foam roller technique
In this intervention group, the patient is given back and forth oscillations using his or her own weight using a foam roller under the supervision of a physiotherapist.
Mulligan Straight Leg Raise Technique
This is a technique applied by a practitioner to this group of people with hamstring tightness.
Mulligan Straight Leg Raise Technique
This intervention consists of the mulligan straight leg raise technique applied to the patient by a physiotherapist.
