Acute left ventricular failure due to:

* Myocardial ischemia
* Cardiomyopathy
* Myocarditis Sinus rhythm Age \>18 years

Exclusion Criteria

Cardiogenic shock Mechanical circulatory support Respiratory treatment Inotropic infusions Tachyarrhythmias Lack of capacity to consent
