* Aged 5-15 years.
* Abel to follow a minimum of two-step instructions.
* The minimum motor ability of participants with DS is independent locomotion.
Exclusion Criteria
* Orthopedic instability, including those associated with DS (e.g., Atlanto-axial instability).
* Behavioral issues that hindered instruction
