* unable to express proper consent to procedure
* evidence of coercion
* drug abuse
* evidence of malignancy
* pregnancy
* major respiratory or cardiovascular risk
* diabetes mellitus
* renal disease
* systemic disease with renal involvement
* thrombophilia
* BMI \>35
* active infection
* hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV
