* Colorectal cancer (CRC)
Exclusion Criteria
* Pregnancy,
* Co-existing peritoneal carcinomatosis
* Contraindications to LS, such as cardiorespiratory comorbidities (CHD, CHF, and other severe CVD)
* Prior transverse resections
