Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Posterior fixation
* Six to nine months after fixation
* Neurologically free patient
* Fracture consolidation detected by ct
* Types A3\&A4 fractures
Exclusion Criteria
* pathological fractures
* multilevel fractures
* poly trauma patients
